Benedikt Björn Bagger is the Founder & Senior Advisor of BGR Strategy, a strategy consulting firm helping businesses and brands grow through business strategy, brand building, market entry, transformation, and sustainable growth. His work focuses on pragmatic, high-impact strategies that create long-term value for both businesses and society and he also shares his experiences as a speaker and through curated digital content.

Before founding BGR Strategy, he worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Porsche Consulting, advising leadership teams on corporate and brand strategy across multiple industries.

He holds an MBA from WHU with a focus on Strategy and Data Analytics. Earlier in his career, Benedikt founded and served as Founder & Managing Director of BGR Visuals, an owner-operated media services business built from scratch and scaled into a sustainable, high-end digital production company. BGR Visuals served international consumer and sports brands, with Nike as a key account, combining strategic thinking with premium visual storytelling.

Beyond his professional work, Benedikt remains a mountain bike athlete and content creator as well as active musician with releases on Spotify, reflecting his long-standing connection to sports, performance, and the creative realm.
